Couture Riding Jacket. - Harry Collins. // 1920's 30's Blazer, Coat.
This designer couture, Edwardian women's sporting blazers a uncommon piece of fashion history. Its near impossible to find a Harry Collins antique dress, but I have never seen riding jackets by him - and will spend the rest of my natural life most likely never again seeing another.
Not forgetting his attention to beauty and details (and luxury) this jacket has heavy corde trim and the silkiest velvet your fingers ever touched. The sleeves fold with beautiful velvet cuff trim. Working from pockets. All the original button are secure and this jacket can easily be worn; though you will find most of these pieces in the hands of private collectors and museums.
